Classes are now taking place on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays, due to scheduling issues. Classes on Mondays will continue as normal.
Kelburn Castle & Country Centre has a resident martial artist, Sensei Tom Heenan, who teaches Shito Ryu Karate classes on site. In these classes you can learn the martial art, try sport Karate, and learn about self-defence. We promote both classical and modern sport Karate, and aim to teach both children and adults in a fun, disciplined and productive environment.
Whether your aim is to become fitter, meet new people, learn a spectacular art form, learn to defend yourself, release stress from your system or just to give yourself focus in life, Karate has something for everyone. Instructors are CRB checked, Insured and qualified First Aiders.
